Propuesta de mejora mediante el uso de herramientas de lean manufacturing en MS INOX Diseños SAS

This monograph presents an improvement proposal to MS INOX DISEÑOS SAS, a company dedicated to design and manufacture stainless steel accessories. The objective of this research is to expose the case of a company that currently operates and propose improvements to the organizational areas of the mentioned company, through management tools that make up the Lean Manufacturing. The work begins with a method of identification of internal factors through the analysis of "Las7S" with which the structural bases on which the companies are based are analyzed. From the results, the Lean Manufacturing tools that best respond to the opportunities for improvement in the actions that are executed in the administrative and production areas are selected; this will lead to a generation of ideas that will allow the implementation of activities that improve and benefit the economic activity of the organization.
