Summary:The following work was carried out in order to determine the different aspects of importance for the undertaking of a company for the recovery of electrical and electronic waste WEEE of white line in the city of Bogotá. Initially, a diagnosis is made of the sector and subsector in which it is desired to incur to determine the possible advantages, disadvantages and benefits existing in the city's market. Therefore, the market study is carried out, in order to determine the acceptance of the entrepreneurship idea after identifying the target market and the participation that can be satisfied. Once the market share has been determined, the technical study is implemented in order to evaluate suppliers, materials, machinery, capacities, number of collaborators, among others. Thus, be able to finish the costs and payroll calculations of each necessary job in the organization. On the other hand, the normative and legal provisions in Colombia for the constitution of an organization are valued and the environmental regulations applicable to the activities carried out by the same are also valued. Once all the above has been completed and compiled, the financial chapter is prepared in which the costs, expenses, assets, among others, are evidenced, which allow the financial evaluation of the project and in turn determines the viability of the project. Finally, the most important findings are evaluated in order to provide conclusions and recommendations when undertaking the project.
