Summary: | This work describes the incidence of Foreign Direct Investment (FDI) in the distribution of income in Colombia during the period 1992-2017, that is, the evolution of FDI in Colombia is described, where it is evidenced that the Colombian economy and the reception of foreign capital reported a good performance during the study period. There is also talk of the distribution of income, which has been one of the main problems that worries economic theory; The income distribution for this work is represented by the Gini Coefficient, which is an index of income inequality in the countries. The purpose of this research is to find the correlation of the variables and see how FDI affects or affects the distribution of income through the Gini Coefficient. |
