| Summary: | This work aims to publicize the importance of labor inclusion of people with disabilities, from a perspective with social contribution, in which it is intended to determine, if this type of initiatives have an impact on the creation of value for companies. Likewise, through a rigorous bibliographic review, this article demonstrates the benefits, product of corporate social responsibility, materialized through different evaluation channels, that entrepreneurs and businessmen can develop corporate strategies that maximize their economic benefits and at the same time to create initiatives that promote positive social change. During the development of this writing, the methodology to be used, and the tools that can support data collection, are exposed. This research focuses on topics such as: benefits and subsidies that the regulatory framework gives to Colombian companies, the importance of tax protections, financing and the reputational value generated by these practices. For these approaches, certain valuation techniques will be mentioned from the bibliographic description, in which it relates some financial impacts that labor inclusion in Colombia can generate to the business sector. |
