El límite es parte fundamental de la arquitectura. Sin importar el estilo, el lugar, el entorno, la población, los limites están presentes en el desarrollo urbano y arquitectónico. Es evidente que hay un desconocimiento hacia este fenómeno, y, por ende, aunque los años pasan, esta problemática donde el limite es una barrera que solo divide dos acontecimientos en vez de vincularlos sigue desarrollándose. De aquí la necesidad de entender qué es el límite, y la manera de transformarlo en algo enriquecedor para nuestra arquitectura y nuestras poblaciones presentes y futuras. Este trabajo es entonces una reflexión sobre el espacio habitable y parte de la afirmación que nuestra arquitectura está basada en el límite como un elemento rígido, una frontera que funciona únicamente como barrera y no como vínculo entre dos espacios. Esto anula el movimiento y los acontecimientos de ciertos espacios convirtiéndolos en espacios muertos de actividad. El objetivo principal es desarrollar unos laboratorios que ayuden a identificar los limites presentes en la ciudad contemporánea y así mismo la manera de volverlos permeables. Todo esto gira entorno a una pregunta. ¿Qué pasaría si el límite en vez de separar permea? Ya que el limite ES acontecimiento, y por eso tiene la capacidad de entretejer la ciudad. |

Regardless of the style, the place, the environment, the population, the limits are present in urban and architectural development. It is evident that there is a lack of knowledge about this phenomenon, and therefore, although the years go by, this problem where the limit is a barrier that only divides two events instead of linking them continues to develop. Hence the need to understand what the limit is, and how to transform it into something enriching for our architecture and our present and future populations. This work is then a reflection on the habitable space and part of the affirmation that our architecture is based on the limit as a rigid element, a border that works only as a barrier and not as a link between two spaces.
