El objetivo de la presente investigación es identificar los cambios o afectaciones que se vivieron en la sexualidad de jóvenes universitarios entre los 20 y 24 años, que se encontraban en pareja durante la cuarentena por Covid-19. Se utilizó una metodología cualitativa, enfocada en el análisis de narrativas con tres participantes, dos mujeres y un hombre, por medio de una entrevista semiestructurada aplicada de manera virtual, con el fin de comprender la forma en que se vivieron aspectos de la sexualidad de los participantes como el erotismo, la comunicación, la afectividad, entre otros, y cuáles fueron las estrategias implementadas para mantener estos elementos en una situación disruptiva como lo fue el distanciamiento físico derivado de la pandemia de Covid- 19. Como resultados se encontró que la sexualidad se vio afectada negativamente, por un lado el componente no verbal de la comunicación se perdió significativamente y por otro lado se evidenció una dificultad en experimentar otras alternativas relacionadas con la tecnología y las herramientas que esta ofrece para mantener la sexualidad, adicionalmente, el componente afectivo se sobrepuso al sexual, para los participantes fue más importante sentirse acompañados y estar conectados emocional y sentimentalmente con su pareja que mantener una relación sexual, sin embargo, esto no evitó que se generarán sentimientos como tristeza, frustración e incertidumbre. Finalmente se hace la invitación a generar investigaciones encaminadas a la educación de esta población en nuevas formas de concebir y experimentar la sexualidad a distancia mediada por la tecnología. |

A qualitative methodology was used, focused on the analysis of narratives with three participants, two women and one man, through a semi-structured interview applied virtually, in order to understand the way in which aspects of the participants' sexuality were experienced such as eroticism, communication, affectivity, among others, and what were the strategies implemented to maintain these elements in a disruptive situation such as distancing physical derived from the Covid-19 pandemic. As results, it was found that sexuality was negatively affected, on the one hand the non-verbal component of communication was significantly lost and on the other hand there was evidence a difficulty to experimenting with other technology-related alternatives and tools that it offers to maintain sexuality, additionally the affective component overcame the sexual one, for the participants it was more important to feel accompanied and be emotionally and sentimentally connected with their partner than to maintain a sexual relationship, however, this did not prevent feelings from being generated as sadness, frustration and uncertainty.
