El trabajo de grado “HELOS” Centro de Investigación y Emprendimiento, se centra en la población de Kennedy específicamente en la UPZ de Caldaima, por tres razones específicas. Primero la población cuenta con un índice de desempleo muy alto, que se está dando primordialmente por la falta de capacitación y oportunidades que tienen de ingresar en la sociedad. Segundo, su infraestructura tanto vial es de muy bajo desarrollo, y tienen una ausencia de equipamientos aptos para el desarrollo de actividades de la comunidad. Tercero, se encuentra un abandono significativo frente al sistema ecológico que lo rodea. Por tal motivo se planea abordar estos aspectos, por medio del proyecto arquitectónico “HELOS”, brindando áreas y espacios, para la capacitación de la población frente a las necesidades actuales del mercado, que son en el ámbito farmacéutico, cosmético, electrónico o tecnológico y Modelado Digital. Ligado al mismo, se pretende ayudar a las microempresas, por medio de oficinas de landing que brindaran un espacio digno para la elaboración de empresa. |
