A pergunta de pesquisa é: de que forma os estudantes no treinamento percebem seu desenvolvimento profissional nos dois aspectos do treinamento – WPT e IPT. A população pesquisada inclui 265 estudantes em treinamento.O principal achado é que os estudantes acham que o período IPT contribui mais para seu desenvolvimento profissional que o período WPT.Este estudio compara la percepción del desarrollo profesional, por parte de los estudiantes, en dos aspectos del entrenamiento práctico: el entrenamiento práctico semanal y el entrenamiento práctico intensivo. El objetivo de la investigación es formar un concepto específico sobre la organización del entrenamiento práctico de los estudiantes. La pregunta de investigación es: de qué forma los estudiantes en entrenamiento perciben su desarrollo profesional en dos aspectos del entrenamiento –WPT y IPT. El principal hallazgo muestra que los estudiantes en entrenamiento sienten que el período de IPT contribuye más a su desarrollo profesional que el período de WPT.This study compares the students’ perception of their professional development in two aspects of practical training: weekly practical training (WPT), and intensive practical training (IPT). The objective of the research is to form a specific concept regarding the organization of the students’ practical training. The research question is how trainees perceive their professional development in two aspects of training –WPT and IPT.The research population includes 265 trainees.
