Tener un pronóstico de demanda preciso y administrar los recursos es crucial para la estrategia de los minoristas. Deben tomar decisiones como la cantidad de producto que pedir a los centros de distribución y qué productos venden a los consumidores. La gestión de sus negocios y sus ventas se ven afectadas por muchas variables como el clima, la estacionalidad, el gusto de los consumidores y la disponibilidad de los productos que solicitan, entre muchas otras. En este proyecto estos factores serán considerados en un minorista de Crem Helado, la empresa vendedora de helados más importante de Colombia, con el fin de construir una estrategia que contribuya a la administración del negocio. El impacto de este proyecto es que puede ser altamente aplicable y extrapolable a otros minoristas. La metodología para construir esta estrategia consiste en establecer un modelo que pueda predecir el comportamiento de la demanda, aplicar un sistema de costeo para gestionar los recursos y los impulsores e integrar ambos modelos en una plataforma digital que se adapte a la situación del minorista y facilite la toma de decisiones. a través de un software funcional, confiable y utilizable que busca la mejora de KPIs (Key Performance Indicators). |

They must make decisions such as the amount of product to order from distribution centers and what products they sell to consumers. The management of their businesses and their sales are affected by many variables such as weather, seasonality, consumers taste and availability of the products they order, among many others. In this project these factors will be considered in a retailer from Crem Helado, the most important ice cream selling company in Colombia, in order to build a strategy that will contribute to the administration of the business. The impact of this project is that it can be highly applicable and extrapolated to other retailers.
