Su influencia en las transformaciones que se han venido gestando en prestigiosos regímenes jurídicos, ofrece razones suficientes para afirmar que, directa o indirectamente, su proyección continuará expandiéndose. A través de este análisis, ofrecemos al lector los elementos necesarios que le permitan entender la naturaleza de estas instituciones, su origen y evolución, sus funciones y competencias, y valorar su adecuación constitucional, dentro de uno de los sistemas de derecho público que cobra cada vez mayor representatividad dentro de la tradición jurídica continental. The remarkable influence of the American independent regulatory agencies has been clearly reflected in the Spanish public administration.
