La configuración de un perfil que plasme todas las cualidades y virtudes necesarias para ejercer este importante cargo, es un elemento clave, que permite acercarse y tratar a fondo, si bien no todo, parte importante del problema. Se propone entonces, un perfil del juez que tiene el significativo aporte de definir la manera en que la carrera judicial, debería implementarse en Colombia, de tal manera que permitiera seleccionar y formar a las personas que verdaderamente cuenten con las condiciones y cualidades para desempeñar el cargo. |

Although, the judge is the person to whom the society has given and trusted the transcendent mission of declaring the Law and making Justice. The configuration of a judicial profile that contains effectively all of the qualities and virtues that are needed to develop this important charge is considered a key element to treat, at least an important part of the problem, from the core of it.
