El presente estudio busca justificar tres afirmaciones que surgen como respuesta a la pregunta: ¿qué tenemos en común en el ámbito de la moral? Defiendo tres rasgos que tenemos en común, a saber, Voluntad, ley moral y Libertad, para lo cual me valgo, principalmente, del clásico texto de Kant titulado Fundamentación de la metafísica de las costumbres. Los tres rasgos en común se pueden entender como una sola unidad, ya que se hacen presentes en el día a día de las personas y en sus decisiones y juicios valorativos. Podría decirse que mientras la buena voluntad nos posibilita discernir, de manera individual y reflexiva, el valor moral de las acciones, la ley moral nos indica el camino que deben tomar tales acciones, y la libertad, que tiene una cercana relación con la responsabilidad moral, nos impone la tarea de seguir esa ley y perfeccionarnos moralmente. |

This theses are, namely, that we have in common good will, moral law and freedom, just as the German philosopher Immanuel Kant states in his famous book Groundwork of the metaphysics of morals. This three basic traits that we all have in common can be understood as a whole, for they are present in our daily choices and moral judgements.
