Contratación laboral de la enfermera: dilema éticos en el modelo de salud actual

El texto analiza los dilemas éticos en el campo laboral de la enfermería, originados a raíz del uevo modelo de salud y de contratación, y los cuales son desafíos actuales que enfrenta la profesión. El contexto de los dilemas está relacionado con jorenadas laborales agobiantes, ambientes laborales críticos, salarios disminuidos, felxibilización de los puestos de trabajo y pérdida de espacios de decisión y ejercicio profesional, entre otros. Con estas considerciones, la reflexión se orienta hacia el impacto que puede tener la ética en la reconstrucción o adecuación de esta nueva realidad, y busca aclarar dónde se sitúa el ethos profesional en medio de una disertación ético-moral en un ambiente enrarecido sobre las diferentes adecuaciones que se deben hacer para continuar cuidando la salud y la vida con calidad. Para tal fin se invita a velar por el orden profesional para que la profesión no se desnaturalice, promover la consideración del ejercicio profesional como una cuestión de justicia social y propender por la recuperación de la perdida autorregulación profesional. ABSTRACTThe text analyzes the restlessness on one of the present challenges that the profession faces, like are the ethical dilemmas in the labor field that have been originated from the new model of health and present hiring. The context of the dilemmas is related to exhausting, ambient labor days labor critical, diminished wages, relaxation of the jobs and loss of spaces of decision and professional exercise among others. With these considerations the reflection is oriented to the impact that can have the ethics in the reconstruction or adjustment of this new reality and in clarifying where the professional Ethos is located from a dissertation ethical-moral in an atmosphere rarefied on the different adjustments that are due to make to continue taking care of the health and the life with quality. For such aim it is invited to guard by the professional order so that the profession does not become denaturailzed, to promote the consideration of the professional exercise like a question of social justice and to prohang by the recovery of the lost professional self-regulation.
