Para ello, se realiza una explicación integra de la figura respecto de sus características, elementos, riesgos, ventajas y desventajas, y tipos, teniendo como referencia legislaciones líderes en la implementación de Crowdfunding como Estados Unidos, Reino Unido y España. Realizado el análisis de la figura, se procede a contrastar las legislaciones extranjeras con la recién expedida regulación colombiana para determinar su correcta aplicación. |
