Síntomas de falla cardiaca desde una teoría de mediano rango

Los síntomas desagradables referidos por la mayoría de pacientes con falla cardiaca, a la luz de una teoría de enfermería, permiten comprender e interiorizar cómo el cuidado de enfermería se respalda en conocimientos científicos propios. El análisis consensual de los síntomas que acompañan la falla cardiaca es parte integral del cuidado y del sujeto de cuidado, esto si se tienen en cuenta las relaciones entre los síntomas, las situaciones para establecer las verdaderas necesidades de cuidado y las prioridades del paciente. Al conocer los factores que influyen y las consecuencias del síntoma, se identifica la importancia de nuestra labor en la valoración integral de los síntomas, y el cuidado de enfermería toma aquí validez desde el punto de vista científico, teórico, y asistencial, ya que interpreta la experiencia del síntoma como una vivencia propia, única y real de la persona. De igual forma, permite evaluar la efectividad del plan de cuidados para evitar numerosas experiencias negativas para el paciente, estableciendo intervenciones efectivas capaces de modificar y prevenir la aparición o exarcebación en la complejidad del síntoma. ABSTRACTThe unpleasant symptoms most of patients with cardiac failure refer to , viewed under the light of a Nursing Theory let us understand and be conscious about how the nursing care is supported in its own scientific knowledge. The joint analysis of the symptons related to cardiac failure is composed by the care and the subject of care, taking into account the interrelation among symptoms, the events to establish the real care needs and the patient priorities. Whe you know the factors that influence on cardiac failure and teh consequences of tehe symptom you can identify the importance of our work in the comprehesive medical test of the symptoms and therefore from the scientific, theoretical and welfare points of view, the nursing gets here the validity it has because it interprets the experience of the symptom as a unique, real and single experience of a subject; in the same way, it lets you asses the effectiveness of care planning avoiding most negative experiences for the patient, setting effective interventions to modify and prevent the appearance or increase in the complexity of the symptom.
