Del mismo modo, se realiza un análisis relacionado con los problemas de agencia que se presentan entre los accionistas mayoritarios y los minoritarios en las sociedades anónimas y las sociedades por acciones simplificadas. Se estudiarán los pactos de acompañamiento, arrastre y sindicación de accionistas, con el fin de determinar si los acuerdos de accionistas son una herramienta idónea para solucionar el problema de agencia entre los accionistas mayoritarios y minoritarios en el sistema legal colombiano. |

In the same way an analysis related with the agency problems between the controlling shareholder and the minority shareholders in the SA and SAS corporations is made.
