Sentir Sentido es un proyecto que gira en torno al cuerpo que abraza y es abrazado. El abrazo ha sido un material de trabajo que me ha permitido materializar el sentir; las sensaciones, fuerzas, afectaciones y emociones que están latentes al abrazar. También ha sido un espacio en el cual me he descubierto como cuerpo, encontrando formas y maneras de moverme sola y junto a otros. El abrazo ha sido explorado en tres escenarios diferentes: el Autoabrazo, el Abrazo y el Abrazo Colectivo. En cada uno, he podido identificar elementos que surgen como lo son el reconocimiento, el intercambio recíproco entre cuerpos y las maneras de cuidar al contener. Esto lo he logrado a partir de diferentes laboratorios de experimentación corporal y pautas de creación, tanto individuales como colectivas, que he venido realizando a lo largo del proceso. Mi indagación por el sentir, también me ha permitido descubrir el potencial y la importancia del lenguaje escrito, capaz de surgir desde el cuerpo y atravesarlo, dándole una voz a la expresión escrita y sensible que nace de mis vivencias. Sentir Sentido es una invitación a sentir. Es una invitación a ser cuerpo. |

The hug gesture has been a work material that has allowed me to materialize the feelings; the sensations, forces, affections and emotions that come alive when hugging. It has also been a space in which I have discovered myself as a body, finding ways and means to move alone and with others. The hug has been explored in three different scenarios: the Self-hug, the Hug and the Collective Hug. In each one, I have been able to identify elements that emerge, such as recognition, reciprocal exchange between bodies, and ways of caring when containing. I have been able to achieve this from different laboratories of corporal experimentation and creative guidelines, both individual and collective, that I have been carrying out throughout the process. My inquiry into feeling has also allowed me to discover the potential and importance of written language, capable of arising from the body and going through it, giving a voice to the written and sensitive expression that is born from my experiences. Feeling Sense is an invitation to feel.
