Generalmente las empresas de transporte aéreo en la región sur oriental del país han crecido empíricamente. La implementación de un plan estratégico con el desarrollo de un nuevo modelo administrativo no ha sido considerada como una opción a corto plazo en la empresa TAVA, pues el foco principal, al cual se le orientan todos los esfuerzos, es a la realización de la operación. Sin embargo, para realizar la operación y un sinfín de actividades en la empresa, es necesario acudir a una estructura administrativa que permita que se realice de manera exitosa todos los procesos y actividades internas. Claramente existe una estructura con la cual se ha estado trabajando durante mucho tiempo, pero no está bien definida y no tiene un foco orientado hacia el desarrollo y crecimiento. Por esto se vuelve fundamental determinar en qué etapa de crecimiento se encuentra la empresa TAVA, clarificar el modelo a implementar y evaluar sus ventajas, posibles riesgos y dificultades, con el fin de que al momento de la implementación se consideren todos los riesgos y se potencialice su uso en la empresa. |
