El presente estudio tuvo como objetivo identificar momentos de cambio en una intervención grupal de carácter psicoeducativo. Se utilizó un diseño metodológico de corte cualitativo-confirmatorio y la muestra consideró un taller de 6 sesiones de duración, compuesto por ocho embarazadas primigestantes. Los resultados muestran que es posible identificar momentos de cambio en este tipo de intervención. Los indicadores se distribuyen de manera distinta en las participantes, presentan una mayor frecuencia intrasesión, y no siguen la secuencia establecida teóricamente. Finalmente se comparan estos resultados con intervenciones psicoterapéuticas y se discuten sus implicancias.At present the change in psychotherapeutic interventions has been investigated through the use of generic change indicators. The objective of the present study has been to identify moments of change in a group intervention of a psycho educational nature. The methodology implemented was of a qualitative-confirmatory design and the sample considered a workshop of 6 meetings composed of eight first pregnancy women. The results show that it is possible to identify moments of change in this type of intervention. The indicators are distributed differently amongst the participants, exhibiting a larger intra-session frequency and this does not follow the established theory.
