A partir del estudio de su historia, su regulación y su jurisprudencia, esta monografía analiza los principales beneficios y fallas del TEYD en el comercio de bienes. Finalmente, plantea una perspectiva crítica sobre el futuro y los retos de la OMC frente al TEYD. |
