La respuesta a la pregunta es simple: ello es posible gracias a la naturaleza de los discursos que intentan reconstruir hechos del pasado. Ellos generan relaciones de acontecimientos del pasado con acontecimientos del futuro, desde la perspectiva de la persona que realiza la reconstrucción. Para demostrar esta afirmación se acudirá al caso IRVING vs. LIPSTADT. Él servirá para hacer ostensibles las relaciones que se presentan entre la historia y el derecho y la manera como varios construyen narrativas fácticas para los de estos lenguajes justificar puntos de vista incompatibles sobre un mismo acontecimiento histórico. This article offers an answer to the question of how incompatible reconstructions of a same historical event are possible. The answer to this question is simple: they are possible because of the nature of the discourses that try to rebuild past facts; it generates relations between past and future facts from the perspective of who is rebuilding. The case I sxq Vs. Ls eh will be used to prove it, by showing the relations between History and Law, and the way their language users build factual narratives to justify incompatible points of view over the same historical event.
