Summary: | The orthoses available in the Colombian market are mechanical and do not allow the registration of the variation of the angle of the ankle joint during its use, the Foot Lab of the BASPI group has been developing in its line of research devices to assist in the rehabilitation and mobility and proposes the instrumentation of an orthosis with the application of Electronics to facilitate the follow-up of patients with dropped feet, by designing a hybrid, mechanical-electronic system that allows the registration and acquisition of the range of angles between the two mobile interfaces of the orthosis, and sending data to a platform for viewing. |
