Este artículo presenta un sistema de telemedicina para la transmisión de datos electrocardiográficos [ECG] bajo el protocolo TCP/IP en tiempo real. El sistema de comunicación consta de la etapa de instrumentación que incluye amplificadores y filtros. Se realizó un sistema de comunicación TCP/IP para transmitir y tele-monitorear los sujetos y se realizaron pruebas con treinta individuos.
