Se indaga sobre su formación académica y su labor profesional, tanto en el sector público como en el privado, con el fin de verificar si en el siglo XX en este departamento las personas encargadas de la administración pública y de asesorar y resolver litigios habían realizado estudios formales de Derecho. |
