Description
Summary:In Colombia, only a few specialized studies have been conducted on the topic of strategy and strategic thinking with reference to employers and companies. The inquiry shows the findings of some research works on this subject at Universidad del Rosario, Universidad de los Andes, and, Icesi University in Cali, which are pioneers in these kinds of studies aiming at learning more about how Colombian managers think and act. In this opportunity, the question regarding this topic was addressed by the business management group at the CES University and the business sustainability group at Universidad del Rosario, who use the knowledge, obtained through conferences in entrepreneurial courses, to contribute to raising interest in defining the concept of strategy from the perspective of Colombian managers.
