description	La reflexión humanista que busca dar cuenta de las transformaciones socioecológicas en curso ha tenido, en Latinoamérica, varios escenarios de consolidación. Esta reflexión –más conocida en la región como pensamiento ambiental latinoamericano/sur– ha concentrado sus esfuerzos en una crítica a los dualismos estructurantes del pensamiento moderno: civilizado-salvaje, mente-cuerpo, sociedad-naturaleza. El proyecto denominado “La ambientalización del conocimiento” ha consolidado, a partir de esta crítica, la generación de un tipo de saber (ambiental) que logre integrar tanto los conocimientos científicos como los no científicos, de cara a los desafíos de la crisis socioecológica. Empero, son aún escasos los análisis de los diferentes aportes teóricos que se han hecho a este proyecto humanista, particularmente desde Colombia. En este sentido, el presente escrito busca presentar el aporte de Julio Carrizosa, partiendo de su conceptualización de la visión ambiental compleja. Se pretende, en últimas, contribuir a la composición de una perspectiva latinoamericana en humanidades ambientales.

These kinds of reflections —better known in the region as Latin/South American Environmental Thinking — have focused on critiquing the structural dualisms of modern thought, such as: civilized-savage, mind-body, society-nature. Through this critique, Latin American thinkers have sought to consolidate the project of environmentalizing knowledge, integrating both scientific and non-scientific practices to face the environmental crisis. However, there are very few analyses of the different theoretical contributions that have emerged from the Latin American humanist project, particularly from Colombia. Therefore, this article analyzes the contribution of Julio Carrizosa, focusing on his conceptualization of the Complex Environmental Perspective.
