The methodology was done exclusively in books on education, teacher training and sports management. Initial data was obtained for the configuration of a training model and for advisers in sports organizations, highlighting the need for their training in factors such as pedagogy, use of information and communication technologies, bilingualism, participatory methodologies, innovation, creativity, cooperation, interdisciplinarity, networking, among other topics, which can be implemented from the managerial role in a program for actors from organizations in the field of sports science. The emerging routes are oriented towards considerations to keep in mind in the creation of a line of research in permanent training in sports sciences, self-training programs and institutionalization in sports organizations, which begin with the real identification of the demand and the characteristics of the context. in needs, expectations, themes, modalities, strategies and periodicity of training, and networks of scientific knowledge in the structuring and development of programs for sports sciences.Esta revisión parte por develar teorías utilizadas en la cualificación de procesos y programas educativos, para luego ser implementadas en el mejoramiento de roles al ser actores en el deporte. La metodología se basó exclusivamente en libros de educación, formación del profesorado y administración deportiva. Se obtuvieron datos iniciales para la configuración de un modelo teórico de la formación y para la cualificación de los asesores en organizaciones deportivas, destacando la necesidad de su formación en factores como pedagogía, uso de tecnologías de información y comunicación, bilingüismo, metodologías participativas, innovación, creatividad, cooperación, interdisciplinariedad, trabajo en redes, entre otros temas, que pueden ser implementados desde el rol directivo en un programa para actores de organizaciones del campo de las ciencias del deporte.
