Description
Summary:This review starts by revealing theories used in the qualification of educational processes and programs, to be later implemented in the improvement of roles as actors in sport. The methodology was done exclusively in books on education, teacher training and sports management. Initial data was obtained for the configuration of a training model and for advisers in sports organizations, highlighting the need for their training in factors such as pedagogy, use of information and communication technologies, bilingualism, participatory methodologies, innovation, creativity, cooperation, interdisciplinarity, networking, among other topics, which can be implemented from the managerial role in a program for actors from organizations in the field of sports science. The emerging routes are oriented towards considerations to keep in mind in the creation of a line of research in permanent training in sports sciences, self-training programs and institutionalization in sports organizations, which begin with the real identification of the demand and the characteristics of the context. in needs, expectations, themes, modalities, strategies and periodicity of training, and networks of scientific knowledge in the structuring and development of programs for sports sciences.
