Lufer Carp is currently among the top three manufacturing all kinds of canvas tents. It is based in Medellin, located in the neighborhood Sacred Heart of Jesus and where coverage is given to the domestic market. All products are manufactured in LUFER TENTS are sealed by high frequency heat with the most modern machines in the market, ensuring a 100% waterproof seals and seamless integration between the different components of a product. The canvases with which works are made Tents Lufer in Colombia Plastitel Ltd., a pioneer in the country where this type of canvas, with strict quality controls that require ISO 9001 certification And with the chemical components which are suitable to dimatologios factors, biocides and UV protectors. The following work aims to find methods that contribute to improved management of inventories in the areas of locksmithing and storage of tents. In the company sas lufer tents and lubricants have been presented inconsistencies in the processes of the areas that have to do with inventories such as: sales, purchasing, warehouse tents and locks, therefore tracked all of these areas find ways to prevent each process is carried out with satisfaction. For this study we mainly use some observation and analysis tools, being able to have real data collected in daily activities, which helps to make the checklist.
