The adoption of integrated management systems is one of the strategies proposed by large companies, which allow them to be competitive by organizing their processes in favor of customer satisfaction, commitment to stakeholders and care for the environment. All management systems are based on quality principles, continuous improvement and corrective and preventive actions; which aims to provide the guarantees of compliance with the legal requirements, policies, specifications and documentation that support the activities carried out by an organization. In the company RAS LTDA., There is knowledge of the need to implement an Integrated Management System, due to the requirements established in the last year by customers and regulatory entities, with accreditations and certifications, which guarantees the development of their activities under strict legal compliance and following a methodology of continuous improvement. The present work is focused on the planning and Design of the Integrated Management System under the guidelines of the standards NTC / ISO 9001: 2008, and NTC / OHSAS 18001: 2007; for the company RAS LTDA., dedicated to contribute to the care of the environment, and the health and safety of workers through the services provided such as consultancies and technical consultancies in environmental engineering and the division of occupational health and preventive medicine.En la actualidad, las organizaciones en la búsqueda de la captación del mercado y de una mayor competitividad, plantean estrategias que hagan creíble, sostenible y funcional a la organización en el tiempo, poniéndole énfasis al recurso humano, dinamizando los procesos y optimizando los recursos. La adopción de los sistemas integrados de gestión es una de las estrategias planteadas por las grandes empresas, que les permiten ser competitivos mediante la organización de sus procesos en pro de la satisfacción del cliente, compromiso con las partes interesadas y cuidado del ambiente. Todos los sistemas de gestión están basados en principios de calidad, mejora continua y acciones correctivas y preventivas; que busca como objetivo proporcionar las garantías de cumplimiento a los requisitos legales, políticas, especificaciones y documentación que dan soporte a las actividades desarrolladas por una organización. En la empresa RAS LTDA., se tiene conocimiento de la necesidad de implementar un Sistema Integrado de Gestión, debido a las exigencias establecidas en el último año por los clientes y las entidades reguladoras, con acreditaciones y certificaciones, que les garantiza el desarrollo de sus actividades bajo el estricto cumplimiento legal y siguiendo una metodología de mejora continua.
