En el presente trabajo se presenta en un principio, la definición de que son los elementos prefabricados y qué tipo de ellos se presentan en cada uno de los campos que se analizan (soluciones constructivas como canalizaciones, cerramientos, muros, cimentaciones, cubiertas, elementos lineales estructurales, losas de entrepiso, mobiliario urbano, pavimentos e infraestructura). Posterior a esto, basados en los registros estadísticos del DANE, entre los años 2009 y 2012, se hace un análisis del despacho de cemento en Colombia a los diferentes canales de distribución, de donde se realizan comparativos entre ellos y se analiza su evolución. Se sigue con un estudio de las empresas prefabricadoras en el mundo, realizándose un cuadro donde se menciona cada una de ellas junto con el tipo de prefabricados que realizan. Finalmente, se hace un listado de ventajas y desventajas de los elementos prefabricados. |

Finalmente, se hace un listado de ventajas y desventajas de los elementos prefabricados.In the present work is presented at the beginning, the definition of what are the prefabricated elements and what kind of them are presented in each of the fields that are analyzed (constructive solutions such as channeling, enclosures, walls, foundations, roofs, linear elements structural, slabs of mezzanine, street furniture, pavements and infrastructure). After this, based on the statistical records of DANE, between 2009 and 2012, an analysis is made of the cement dispatch in Colombia to the different distribution channels, where comparisons are made between them and their evolution is analyzed. It continues with a study of the prefabrication companies in the world, making a table where each of them is mentioned along with the type of prefabricated they make.
