Caracterización del proceso de lecciones aprendidas en la gestión de proyectos de implementación ERP, en un grupo de empresas del sector de software en Colombia

"The content of the present Degree Work is developed based on the phases of the investigation, which are presented in Section 5.3.4 Research Procedures Initially, the revision phase of the literature is carried out (In what it has to do with the research, it is a sufficient and pertinent research for the Degree Work) located in the process of lessons learned in the management of projects of implementation of an ERP, taking as a base of reference the conceptual framework, instruments of information collection, findings and the qualitative analysis of the results obtained from the interviews with professionals of the software houses and some external professionals, the characterization of lessons learned is proposed, finally the recommendations, conclusions of the investigation and proposal of possible future works to complement the present investigation. In the theoretical framework, a preliminary review of the information technology (IT) market is performed, and a description of the technology components, software development and software commercialization is presented, with the latter two being understood as a field to be covered in the research. . It includes the theories, ERP software implementation methodologies, knowledge management models, processes and models of lessons learned in the national and international context.
