Estudio de pre factibilidad para el montaje de una empresa de supervisión técnica de edificaciones bajo los alcances definidos en el título I de la norma sismo resistente NSR10

This document illustrates the results of the pre-feasibility study required for the assembly of a building technical supervision company under the guidelines of Title I of the NSR-10 Standard. This initiative arises from the current opportunity where the growth of the construction industry has been increasingly supported and by the new regulatory requirement that arose in response to recent events where some important buildings in different parts of the country were seriously compromised and even they collapsed due to lack of quality control and supervision during construction, which led the society and the national government to promote legal initiatives for the strict application of current standards, strengthening controls and empowering independent structural consulting companies.
