Las tendencias actuales en la enseñanza de la ingeniería han demostrado la necesidad de un cambio en los modelos pedagógicos tradicionales, por aquellos que promuevan un enfoque hacia el aprendizaje activo en el cual la participación de todos los actores en el proceso es importante. En este sentido, mediante metodologías lúdicas es posible utilizar técnicas y dinámicas propias de los juegos de simulación como medio efi caz para involucrar y motivar a los estudiantes, con el fi n de desarrollar sus habilidades y destrezas, que comúnmente en el aula de clases o en las situaciones de su vida real se ven restringidas por su condición de estudiantes, lo que en ocasiones difi culta la comprensión de problemas que deben enfrentar en la práctica. El presente artículo muestra la metodología usada para la construcción de una lúdica para el desarrollo de habilidades y competencias de estudiantes de ingeniería industrial. |

En este sentido, mediante metodologías lúdicas es posible utilizar técnicas y dinámicas propias de los juegos de simulación como medio efi caz para involucrar y motivar a los estudiantes, con el fi n de desarrollar sus habilidades y destrezas, que comúnmente en el aula de clases o en las situaciones de su vida real se ven restringidas por su condición de estudiantes, lo que en ocasiones difi culta la comprensión de problemas que deben enfrentar en la práctica. El presente artículo muestra la metodología usada para la construcción de una lúdica para el desarrollo de habilidades y competencias de estudiantes de ingeniería industrial.Current trends in teaching in engineering have shown the need for a change on the traditional pedagogical models, by those who promote an approach to active learning in which the involvement of all stakeholders in the process is important . In this regard, through playful methodologies it is possible to use techniques and dynamics of simulation games as an eff ective means to involve and motivate students to develop their skills, that commonly in the classroom or their real life situations are restricted by their role as students, which sometimes makes it diffi cult to understand the problems that they must face in practice. In this sense, the present article shows the methodology used for the development of a simulation game for the development of skills and competencies of students of industrial engineering.As tendências atuais no ensinando em engenharia demonstraram a necessidade de uma mudança nos modelos pedagógicos tradicionais por aqueles que promovem um foco na aprendizagem activa, em que a participação de todos os interessados no processo é importante. Baseado no anterior, através de métodos lúdicos é possivel usar técnicas e dinâmicas de jogos de simulação como uma forma efi caz para envolver e motivar os alunos a desenvolver suas habilidades comumente na sala de aula que é restrito el contato com situações da vida real por causa de sua condição de estudantes, o que às vezes difi culta a compreensão dos problemas enfrentados na prática.
