Summary: | The undergraduate work consists in carrying out the pre-feasibility studies for the construction of the Sogamoso - Tasco road corridor in the Department of Boyacá. Taking into account the strong development of sectors such as mining, agriculture, agro-industry and the high traffic generated, the proposal aims to provide a better infrastructure to the department of Boyacá, and that the municipalities of Sogamoso and Tasco have a network to provide greater capacity to the accesses to these municipalities, decreasing the high rates of accidents, congestion, and environmental pollution, among others. For this purpose, the working group has advanced the following report, in which the project profile is presented and where the general characteristics of the project and its current status are defined. In turn, chapter 2 presents the strategic alignment of the project, describing the way in which the project is aligned with the national strategies of the Boyacá government and the municipalities of Tasco and Sogamoso. Chapter 3 presents the market studies in which the supply and demand of the road corridor and the other proposed alternatives are analyzed. It is evident that investments in road infrastructure should be made in accordance with the macro policies of reorganization of the municipalities with the purpose of promoting the growth and development of transportation |
