The sales process is responsible for performing the maintenance and repair of the vehicles it sells. These services includes arrangements in electrical engineering, sheet and painting which they derive hazardous waste, some associated with the activity itself (Used Oil, Fuels, Varsol) and other malpractices generated (solid, plushes, contaminated paper). Based on this problem it is to create a management tool from a diagnostic and input information on the current situation of the concessionaire The purpose of the tool is to train the staff shop sales in good environmental practices and health and safety work on the separation, storage and disposal of hazardous waste. This will help the process to properly manage waste and thus minimize those going to final disposal which represents an impact to the environment and risks that may affect the health of employees.

Los residuos peligrosos son desechos que poseen propiedades de toxicidad, inflamabilidad, reactividad química, corrosividad, explosividad, reactividad, radioactividad que provocan daños a la salud humana y al medio ambiente. El proceso de postventa se encarga de realizar los mantenimientos y reparaciones de los vehículos que comercializa. Estos servicios comprende arreglos en electromecánica, lámina y pintura de los cuales de derivan los residuos peligrosos, unos asociados a la propia actividad (Aceite Usado, Combustibles, Varsol) y otros generados por malas prácticas (solidos, felpas, papel contaminados). Con base en esta problemática se pretende crear un instrumento de gestión a partir de un diagnostico e información de entrada sobre la situación actual del concesionario La finalidad de la herramienta es formar al personal del taller de postventa en buenas prácticas ambientales y de seguridad y salud en el trabajo en la separación, almacenaje y disposición final de los residuos peligrosos.
