Análisis comparativo de las prácticas para el mantenimiento de beneficios identificadas en la operación integrada del sistema interconectado nacional colombiano versus las buenas prácticas sugeridas en la literatura
Projects currently seek value creation and profit generation. The result of a project may be good, but if it does not generate short, medium or long-term benefits over time, it will be an unsuccessful project or it may give losses over time. Summary: | Projects currently seek value creation and profit generation. The result of a project may be good, but if it does not generate short, medium or long-term benefits over time, it will be an unsuccessful project or it may give losses over time. For this reason, profit management within executed projects has become a very important role for its success. Within the Colombian electricity sector, there is the integrated operation of the National Interconnected System (SIN), where practices aimed at maintaining benefits are implemented, which can be compared with the good practices described in the literature, in order to contribute to compliance of the objective of the Colombian electricity sector described in Law 143 of 1994 as: to deliver an energy service in a reliable, safe and at the lowest cost. The development of this work is done through qualitative research with a descriptive approach and deductive logic, working a sample of case studies that lead to understand the context and determine the degree of compliance with practices for the maintenance of benefits in the current integrated operation of the SIN, with respect to the study carried out with the theory. Finally, it is established that, although the maintenance of benefits management is implemented in the integrated operation of the SIN, opportunities for improvement and the absence of some practices recommended in the literature are also identified. Based on the foregoing, a series of recommendations were established aimed at improving and implementing the practices proposed in the theoretical reference that were not identified as fully implemented in the SIN integrated operation. |
