| Summary: | This document accompanies the presentation of a proposal for a methodological guide to contribute to the fulfillment of the legal requirements of companies related to the Surveillance and Security sector in Colombia, through a correct identification, compression, application and evaluation of local and international regulations. For this purpose, it was proposed to articulate the analysis of the requirements, international and other standards that have been considered in Colombia for this sector, with the practice of semi-structured interviews that allowed to recognize the emergencies and needs closer to some representative companies and organizations linked to the daily life of the Sector. These elements made it possible to consolidate and present the elements that make up an effective methodological tool that facilitates the identification and understanding of the legal requirements, the actions necessary for its compliance and the evaluation methodology of the same. At the end of the document will be able to observe the archetypes of capture and analysis of legal information built, interview scripts and their final transcription, as well as extensive conclusions aimed at recognizing the complexity and results of the investigative practice, and recommendations for future research, and logically to companies linked or interested in linking to the Sector. |
