Summary:The simplification and automation of the risk process is part of the Process Simplification program of the Chamber of Commerce of Bogotá (hereinafter the CCB), which, through the Planning and Innovation Management, intends to take advantage of opportunities to improve the processes from the implementation of BPM tools, with the firm objective of achieving compliance with the superior purpose of the CCB. This management plan contains the definition of the scope, time, cost and quality parameters of the project, including the stakeholder management plan, the risk analysis with a qualitative evaluation approach and the procedure to manage the changes that are made. required during the execution of the project. In this way, the scope of the project focuses on the automation of the risk process and change management with those involved, focused on causing the least impact by incorporating a new form of management and execution of the activities contemplated by the process. For this initiative, it is scheduled to start on September 7, 2015 and end on February 17, 2016, with a budget of $ 126,787,000 pesos work packages and a contingency reserve of $ 44,644,290 pesos, which generates as a result, $ 171,431,290 pesos of baseline cost. From the construction of the management plan of the initiative, it has been recommended to the Project Manager to disaggregate the activities in greater detail with respect to the stage of automation and simplification of the process in the company of the supplier, once the execution begins, with the In order to have more control over the activities that the provider will execute with the activities that are carried out in conjunction with resources of the CCB.
