This is achieved by measuring the water consumption of the entire plant, identifying and evaluating the points of greatest consumption and its potential for reuse and recirculation without reconditioning, respecting hygiene laws for the food industry.El presente trabajo tiene como objetivo proponer un sistema de tratamiento y exponer su diseño conceptual para la industria de beneficio de aves de corral, que les permita cumplir con la legislación 631 de 2015, asi como disminuir el caudal de vertimiento, implementando prácticas de recirculación, reuso y reducción de consumo de agua utilizada en el proceso productivo.
