| Summary: | Through the present design of the implementation proposal, guidelines and guidelines for the effective integration of the standards NTC ISO 9001, NTC ISO 14001 and NTC OHSAS 18001 are established, making known the benefits of having an integrated management system. Currently, a high percentage of organizations implement quality management systems; Although a quality management system contributes to align all the activities of the organization in the achievement of the strategic objectives, it is not effective enough for the integral control of the organizational management. Therefore, the importance of implementing an integrated management system lies in the fact that it involves all the entities, aspects and stakeholders that exert a degree of influence on the management of the organization. The present proposal design seeks to present an integrated management model for a macroprocess of a company. The development of the present proposal design was established in the Financial Directorate of the Superintendence of Residential Public Services (Superservicios), an entity of state order created with the 1991 constitution, dedicated to the surveillance and control of public domiciliary services, which is located in Carrera 18 No 84-35 in the city of Bogotá. The Superservicios has as a fundamental pillar the service to the citizen. |
