This document considers the management of risks, aspects and environmental impacts as a methodological strategy for the company Proyectos & Gerencia Ltda. Within the operation of a water treatment plant. Nowadays, in a globalized market, competition, sustainability and profitability is the main objective that must be achieved and with this strategy we help you to have a real knowledge of the dangers to which your workers and visitors are exposed, which may affect your health, as well as the environmental aspects that can have repercussions on the environment. In addition, directly or indirectly affect Projects & Management in terms of: Liquidity, technology, adaptability and innovation, economic value and their brand (s) of products or services. The research focuses on the management of risks, aspects and impacts in the operation of a water treatment plant located in the city of Neiva (Huila, Colombia), within the stages of Flocculation, Sedimentation, Filtration and Chlorination, which allow PROYECTOS & GERENCIA LTDA. in the medium and long term, the implementation of an integral management system ISO 14001: 2004 and OHSAS 18001: 2007. There is little knowledge about management systems, some dangers to which workers are exposed and environmental aspects that may have repercussions on the environment, but insufficient and slow contingency and / or response actions.
