In addition to the above, the need to legally certify the labor competencies of the people, and the ignorance of the International Standard and current Colombian regulations applied to their activities, arose the need to carry out this degree project, which was developed through the following stages : Identification of all the requirements contained in NTC ISO / IEC 17024: 2013 giving greater relevance to those containing the legal aspects for purposes of compliance with the legislation, then proceeded to perform the analysis of each legal requirement according to the regulations existing and finally a checklist was constructed, which serves as a guide for natural or legal persons that intend to conform and be accredited to the ONAC to certify people. This checklist contains all the documents that are required to comply with the legal regulations and therefore the requirements of NTC ISO / IEC 17024: 2013 and serves as an application tool, which helps to focus on legal matters to people who want to certify people. |

This checklist contains all the documents that are required to comply with the legal regulations and therefore the requirements of NTC ISO / IEC 17024: 2013 and serves as an application tool, which helps to focus on legal matters to people who want to certify people.Colombia actualmente ha tenido un crecimiento en el sector productivo el cual requiere de competencias laborales específicas para llevar a cabo trabajos seguros, los cuales deben ser legitimados por Organismos Certificadores de Personas que deben ser acreditados por el Organismo Nacional de Acreditación de Colombia (ONAC), pero por desconocimiento de los requisitos y lineamientos con los que deben cumplir dichos Organismos, se ha generado un sin número de daños a terceros por temas de responsabilidad civil. Adicional a lo anterior la necesidad de certificar legalmente las competencias laborales de las personas, y el desconocimiento de la Norma internacional y la normatividad Colombiana vigente aplicada a sus actividades surgió la necesidad de realizar este proyecto de grado, el cual se desarrolló mediante las siguientes etapas: Identificación de todos los requisitos contenidos en la NTC ISO/IEC 17024:2013 dando mayor relevancia a los que contienen los aspectos legales para efectos del cumplimiento de la legislación, posteriormente se procedió a realizar el análisis de cada requisito legal de acuerdo a la reglamentación existente y por último se construyó una lista de verificación, la cual sirve como guía para las personas naturales o jurídicas que pretendan conformar y acreditarse ante la ONAC para certificar personas.
