Los déficits fiscales se triplicaron y hoy superan en promedio el 5%. En los últimos días han surgido episodios que revelan la fragilidad de la recuperación mundial. Varias economías de Europa presentan cuantiosos déficits fiscales y cambiarios y enfrentan dificultades para financiarlos.
