Summary:In an increasingly competitive work world, where it is required to deliver high quality products / services that meet the requirements of customers, it is necessary that workers have healthy and safe work environments that allow them to have a productive workday without that your health condition is affected. The organizations, in search of fulfilling their objectives, need to implement Occupational Health and Safety Management Systems that allow them to reduce or eliminate incidents, accidents at work and occupational diseases, through the establishment of programs according to the activity they perform. , the applicable legislation and its risk levels. In accordance with this need, national and international standards emerge that provide parameters to companies to have Management Systems that respond to their requirements and improve the performance of the organization in Health and Safety at Work. The present work seeks to provide a tool that allows organizations, regardless of their economic activity, to comply with the legal regulations established in Decree 1072, chapter 6; and at a certain moment obtain a certification of the system against the criteria of the NTC-OHSAS 18001.
