Description
Summary:Currently, the companies of the oil sector seek to implement the necessary measures that contribute to managing the risks and provide their workers and contractors with a safe work space, which leads to seeking a certification under the NTC-OHSAS 18001: 2007 model, additionally they need open market, win tenders and contracts for sustainability and permanence in the sector, for this the company chooses to evaluate its performance in safety, occupational health and environment through the Uniform Registration of Evaluation of the Management System in Safety, Occupational Health and Environment for Contractors - RUC and also comply with the legal obligations that apply, so it is essential that the company knows and complies with Law 1562 of July 11, 2012, by which the system of occupational hazards is modified and other provisions are dictated in the field of occupational health. Thus, it is proposed to make a model and guide to help the implementation of an integrated management system in the oil sector, specifically in the process of exploitation under the three mentioned referents, in order to manage operational risks, taking in account the identification of hazards, the assessment of risk and the determination of controls for the welfare of its employees, complying with the legislation, increasing the sustainability and profitability of the company and always under the legal framework of compliance.
