Diseño de un plan de mejoramiento integral para el flujo de valor en el proceso de distribución de gestión de pedidos en empresa de consumo masivo. Caso de estudio distribuidor de multinacional productos alimenticios.

This work seeks to give guidelines for mass consumption companies that have under their business model outsourcing through authorized distributors, in order to design and build an improvement plan for the management and control of the processes immersed in these centers of distribution from the Value Stream Mapping technique through: 1.Implementation of Lean thinking through the VSM to disseminate in a good practice, applicable to any wholesaler of the multinational, 2.Find and list a Pareto of waste found in Wholesalers that affect the supply chain of the organization, in such a way that they can be reduced and neutralized in proportion to the Pareto, 3.As a transversal action in the improvement plan, indicators will be designed with the objective of controlling and maintaining the line logistics waste of the Distributor channel and 4.Build a VSM model to generate the ideal operation of the dist tax collectors.
