Diseño de un Modelo de Medición de Competencias de Estrategia para Líderes de Proyectos de MiPymes Prestadoras de Servicios Turísticos de Alojamiento del Departamento de Boyacá

In Colombia, the tourism sector is an important source of investment, both domestic and foreign, within this sector there is great potential for the country's development. In Boyacá’s Department there is a wide variety of attractions, which make this like one of the favorite destinations of tourists from the world. After to realize an analysis of Tourism Service Providers - TSP of Department, we found that 79,4% of these are of accommodation services, at the same, it is evident that 100% of these are Micro, Small and Medium business - MiPymes. Given that many of these organizations fail to survive for more than 5 years, it is important to analyze what happens to the strategic issues within them. The objective of this research work was measure strategy’s skills of project´s leaders to TSP of accommodation services of Boyacá’s Department, contacting them are the heads of these organizations and that the course of them depends on them.
