Caracterización del perfil del gerente de proyectos de desarrollo e implementación de software en la ciudad de Bogotá.

This TG, shows the results of the study that allowed the identification of the desired profile of the software development and implementation project manager in Bogotá, based on aspects related to education, training, experience and skills. The research was based on the review of national and international literature including the international standard for project management PMI and the development of quantitative instruments through surveys and qualitative instruments through interviews and focus group with experts. The results obtained from the instruments were analyzed and contrasted with the literature, finding elements common to each of the 4 aspects. The profile delivered is a proposal for the selection of project managers, with the purpose of increasing the percentage of successful projects in the sector.
