El nuevo contexto tecnológico adviente abruptas transformaciones en el funcionamiento de las organizaciones y en la dirección a seguir. El objetivo de este trabajo es revisar la literatura sobre la llamada nueva revolución, identificando las implicaciones que puede tener sobre el rol del directivo dentro de las organizaciones. La metodología utilizada parte de la revisión de artículos científicos y profesionales publicados en revistas de management, administración y negocios, entre 2013 – 2018. Las conclusiones y discusión permiten visualizar las alternativas propuestas por los autores para la transformación de las funciones directivas en las organizaciones.

The new tecnological context reveals abrupt transformations over the organizations structure and the direvtive mode.
